Roteck,
Inc. accepts orders using our web site. Payment can be made using checks, money orders or credit
card.
The majority of our orders will ship within one to two business days
depending on inventory and scheduling. If an item is out of stock, Roteck,
Inc. will ship when the order is complete to minimize shipping
expense. Prices and products within our catalog are subject to
change without notice.
All orders will be shipped via USPS, unless UPS shipping is
selected. Cerain order may be upgraded to UPS shipping at our discretion base on package weight.
We ship to the continental United
States, at this time. (We will contact you if your order ships to HI
or AK with additional shipping charges that may apply.) The following chart shows our cost per order

We guarantee your
satisfaction with our product. For our standard product, you may
return any item (except custom labels and tags) in its original condition for a full refund,
replacement or credit if you are not happy with your purchase. All
items need to be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. For
our custom products, you may return any item in its original
condition for a replacement or credit only if it does
not perform. Due to the true custom nature of this product, we
cannot be responsible for colors chosen, phrases chosen, or layout
of the label. We can only refund the shipping cost if the return is
a result of our error. In the event your order is thought to
be lost, there are two options: (1) After the investigation is
completed (and determined the package is lost) we will send a
replacement. (2) If you request your replacement prior to the
investigation being completed, we reserve the right to charge for
the replacement order until all investigations into the lost order
are complete. If the investigation shows the order is lost,
the charge will be refunded. If the investigation shows
otherwise, the product must be returned or the charges will remain.
In order to
prevent fraudulent charges, we reserve the right to request
additional information from the customer prior to processing an
order. This includes, but is not limited to, a fax containing
a photo copy of the credit card and cardholder's drivers license.
We do not share or
sell any of your information. This includes your email address
and all information used during the checkout process or on your
custom labels.
